Refund policy
Due to COVID-19 and our high regard for the health and safety of our customers, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, or exchanges will be granted for any reason except for receiving the wrong product.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Examples could be, incorrect size, incorrect color, or incorrect shirt. Please contact us at info@curvyherfit.com. All items will be replaced to match your order. For example, if you order a large red shirt, we will replace it with your original order, which will be a large red shirt.
Please include the following below:
- Order number and photo of item received.
We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.
Please be sure to check your size before ordering. We cannot process size exchanges after your order has been submitted.
